Veg Momos Recipe – Step by Step (Fried & Steamed)

Momos – ek aise tasty street food jo sabko pasand aata hai! Aaj hum banayenge ghar par hi restaurant jaise soft aur spicy veg momos – dono tarah: steamed aur fried. Chalo shuru karte hain!

Ingredients (Samagri)

For Dough:

Maida – 2 cup

Namak – 1/2 tsp

Thoda sa tel

Paani (as needed)


For Filling:

Patta gobhi (finely chopped) – 1 cup

Gajar (grated) – 1/2 cup

Shimla mirch – 1/2 cup

Adrak-Lahsun ka paste – 1 tsp

Namak – swad anusar

Kali mirch – 1/2 tsp

Soya sauce – 1 tsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp





Step-by-Step Recipe:

Step 1: Dough Banayein

Ek bowl mein maida, namak aur thoda sa tel milayein. Paani daal kar tight dough gundh lein. 20 min ke liye dhak kar rakh dein.

Step 2: Filling Taiyaar Karein

Pan mein thoda oil daalein, adrak-lahsun paste bhunein. Phir sab sabziya daal kar 4-5 minute bhunein. Ab isme soya sauce, vinegar, namak aur mirch daalein. Thoda thanda hone dein.

Step 3: Momos Shape Dein

Dough ke chhote chhote balls banayein. Patle gol shape mein bel lein. Beech mein filling daalein aur apne pasand ke hisaab se fold kar lein.




Steamed Momos



1. Steamer ko ghee ya oil se grease karein.


2. Momos ko steamer mein 10-12 min tak steam karein.


3. Bas ho gaye soft and juicy steamed momos ready!






Fried Momos



1. Ek kadai mein tel garam karein.


2. Momos ko golden brown hone tak deep fry karein.


3. Bahar se crispy aur andar se juicy – fried momos ready!






Serve With:

Spicy red chutney

Mayonnaise ya schezwan sauce





Tips:

Filling mein paneer bhi daal sakte ho for extra taste.

Healthy version ke liye sirf steam momos try karo.

Dough zyada tight ya loose na ho.
